That sounds great Praline! I love me some Oklahoma catfish! Maybe I'll do that tonight with coleslaw and pork n beans. I'll make a blackberry cobbler with vanilla ice cream too!

At 110F I am seriously considering grilling on the hood of my truck.

Small rib eye for SO, salmon for me, salad, pasta will hot peppers/garlic/herbs/onions, peaches for desert.

homemade chicken soup made from $4.99 COSTCO chicken carcass, cuttings from celery, carrots, green beans,asparagus, onion, herbs growing on the deck and a bunch of "leavings" from several boxes of assorted pasta.
romaine lettuce and homegrown cherry tomatoes with homemade bleu cheese dressing
yogurt and various fresh fruit
bang biscuit from the store

Grilled bratwurst sausage with red yellow and green peppers and onions simmered in beer. Grilled sweet corn with whipped butter and cracked black pepper.

Wedge iceberg lettuce with creamy blue cheese dressing. A local craft beer that my son will choose. He's home for the weekend. :-)

Mixed berry cobbler for desert.
