I made homemade pizza last night. I've been off carbs, so it was especially good.
Not sure about tonight yet.

I have a cute little cookbook shaped like a clove of garlic. Today I'm going to make Shrimp in garlic-lemon vinaigrette, and garlic confit.

Last night's Pan con Tomate (bread with tomato for those who don't speak Spanish) was also from this book.

Hubby was looking through a Home and Garden magazine that had recipes. So he of course couldn't remember what it was exactly but it was a rubbed glazed something other....lol

So tonight will be a rubbed and glazed chicken with zucchini/yellow squash in a lemony sauce and either rice or potato.

Ratatouille!! Love, love, love it, not fond of all the chopping but it is so worth it. I picked up a freshly baked sourdough boule to go with it. Mmmmmm.....
