Wow! That brings back memories for me. My Dad used to make this but the memory it really brings up is Christmas. After all the gifts were opened, he would make SOS on toast with homemade home fries and onions. He was the only one who could make it great!

Tonight will be Italian meatloaf, mac & cheese, roasted broccoli and cauliflower, Italian loaf, a bottle of Cabernet and soft raisin cookies for dessert.

Tonight's dinner is going to be Italian sausage with sweet bell pepper, mushrooms, and onion, with more of that lovely tomato sauce from the garden.

Going to a baseball game this evening. Local LI team called the LI ducks. Most likely going to eat there Might have a hot dog and fries.
