Chick-fil-A. Del Taco. Qdoba. Noodles & Company. Any place with all four of those chains (if any such places exist) is fast-food heaven to me.
You'd love Denver then, we've got all of them.

I was going to vote none, but really good middle eastern food would change my mind on that!
It's a small local chain (I think there are maybe 6 of them) owned by The Hartford Group here in Connecticut.
They have the usual burgers, well-made and very tasty.
But they also have their own specialty dinners and entrees. My favorite is a cajun spin on Chicken Alfredo, over linguine with cajun spices, sun-dried tomato and mushrooms.
And their specialty house salad sounds so basic but there's just something marvelous about it. I always ask for it without egg - but it's lettuce (mostly iceberg, I think there's romaine in there too), with cheddar cheese, bacon, chopped boiled egg, a couple other things I think - with their own home-made blue cheese dressing that is absoluly delicious.
Their creme brulee is to die for - they put down a little bit of chocolate fudge at the bottom of the dish before filling it with the custard and torching the sugar-top, so every bite has a tiny tease of chocolate in it.
My favorite by far is Texas Roadhouse. I love steak, and have been to many of the over-the-top steakhouses that serve a-la-cart that end up costing $70 or more for a meal. I have found the steak at the Roadhouse excellent.
I also like Cracker Barrel. Simple inexpensive food. Nothing special, but IMO good.
None. There are no chain restaurants that can give me as good a meal as I can get from regional or local restaurants. And definitely none that are as good as my kitchen.
One caveat just in case the one ever goes national.:I&O
WHile I am not a fan of chains, and would MUCH rather support a mom and pop place, there are days I would LOVE a surf pack from Zippys, or a burger from In and Out. Hell, even just a Jack in the Box would be cool for those late nights, after a night of adult fun.
Souplantation/Sweet Tomatoes. I don't typically eat at chains other than Chipotle with so many mom and pop restaurants that are delicious around, but when I visit my parents we always do a Sweet Tomatoes stop. Something about the all you can eat soup does me in.
