2 strip steaks cooked on the charcoal grill, green beans almandine (or my version of that....lol), baked sweet potaotes, green salad. A pretty cheap red blend to wash it all down.
Sounds good! We are finding Beringer Red Crush to be a wonderful, cheap red with steaks.
For us it is chicken fried chicken: baked potatoes and huge green salad with fresh produce from our farmers Market. Most of them opened last week. They don't have much yet, but what they have is so fresh and tasty.
