picklejuice: you know all of us are praying for you, your son and your whole family. Let us hope 2017 is a good year and things improve. So many of us worry about small thing, without realizing how good we really have it. Good luck, of course keep us posted.

Dinner tonight is: prime rib creamed soup and a salad. Another night of football to watch. I will have mixed feelin when the bowl games come to an end. There are so many and some are so stupid, but I am more addicted to them than I am to cooking and drinking wine.

I stumbled upon a Whole Foods Meatloaf recipe. I'm always looking for the perfect meatloaf, so I'll probably try it. It contains some veggies...mushrooms, carrots and celery. Mashed potatoesmushroom gravy and peas.

Tonight chicken tikka with basmati rice,cucumber raita,onion/cilantro salad and lassi to drink. For dessert 1/2 a pink grapefruit. Later my Christmas cookies with a glass of Glühwein/mulled red wine.
