Cooked whole sweet potatoes (SO had a baked potato) made the BEST pan gravy! So easy, since it was a herb and maple butter glazed turkey with plenty of celery and onion in the cavity, the drippings were so flavorfull, I just added a little flour and made a roux, some broth, yummy ...
More leftover prime rib. I'm going to have a thick cut of that with two eggs over easy and some toast. A protein, iron and cholesterol bomb for dinner. The prime rib was quite pricey, so there's no way I'm tossing it out.
Tonight will be fish chowder, salad and a sourdough boule.
