I will slow cook a beef & pork roast in the slow cooker

I tied a boneless pork butt inside a boneless chuck roast...

cook something big on sunday to pick at during the week

if I start it early enough, we can have some pulled beef/pork in time for the patriots game

My and the husband had a date night last night. We went to a new for us restaurant. The food was pretty good. We had roasted beets with goat cheese, raspberries, candied pecans an juliened (sp) pears for an appetizer. I had potato chip encrusted haddock with an asparagus rissotto. Husband had lobster ravioli in white wine cream sauce.
Tonight we are grilling steaks and having salad with that while watching the big game.
Seriously worried and it's going to be a very tough game.
Go Pats!

Flank steak on the grill (family recipe), green bean casserole, roated potatoes and onions with sour cream, bread, and not sure about dessert - we put the kibosh on the Brownies I had planned to make yesterday.

if patriots played like they did last week, they will win by 2 touchdowns
(receivers need to catch the balls)

how did hubby like the lobster ravioli??
I almost ordered that once....but didn't
