Sunday roast in my local pub!

Was lovely especially with the beer but was the highlight as Chelsea beat Arsenal!

A lit & fit strawberry Greek yogurt, 2 large lightly toasted slices of whole wheat bread with cream cheese and a mug of English breakfast tea with a teaspoon of sugar & a bit of fat free milk.

He liked it. I tasted it and thought it was ok. I definitely prefer it prepared other ways.
