I'm glad you asked, because I'm wondering too. It sounds good. I think we'll have that soon, with tomato sauce. I'm thinking like a deconstructed stuffed pepper. Put chopped peppers and mushrooms in the patties.
*Harvest chicken salad * - with halved red grapes, celery, carrots, diced Granny Smith Apples, slivered almonds (that's what I had on hand. It goes well with any nut) dried cranberries and a sweet and tangy dressing made from equal parts light mayo, apple cider, and sour cream. Sea salt and ground pepper to taste.
Home made angel hair coleslaw. G-free rice crackers.

* I use "Quorn" brand naked chick'n cutlets to replace chicken, you may use what you like
Friday: I'm having tilapia lightly breaded with spaghetti in a light tomato sauce with Parmesan cheese. Salad, some crusty Italian bread (warmed) with seasoned olive oil. Fresh berries for dessert. I hope you all have a great Labor Day weekend! For those in the path of Hurricane Hermine, be safe!
We are having beef and noodles with left over steak from our anniversary dinner. I am going to fix okra again for spoiled brat: glad it is coming to the end of the okra season and we will have left over Asian saw from last night.
