I made seafood pasta with shrimp, clams, mussels, squid and scallops. White wine sauce...not a lot more than fresh parsley and fresh basil. It was divine.
Made a nice romaine salad with tomatoes from the garden and red onions.
I could eat this every night!

Not much of a dinner for us tonight. DH has been diagnosed with spinal stenosis and is in lots of pain, so he only wanted a fried egg and bacon sandwich. Sounded okay to me, so that is what I also had.
Thanks, my friend. I'll be thinking of your DH; I know how painful spinal stenosis is (MIL has it). I hope he's got a good back doctor.
Our DD is coming over as her hubby is working out of town. It is going to be a busy day; we are stopping at the chicken store and stocking up. For dinner we will have breaded chicken breasts, steamed beets and rice, plus a small salad. And yes, our wine.
