I made seafood pasta with shrimp, clams, mussels, squid and scallops. White wine sauce...not a lot more than fresh parsley and fresh basil. It was divine.
Made a nice romaine salad with tomatoes from the garden and red onions.
We are having shrimp kabobs, mashed potatoes and broccoli topped with cheese sauce. I will have to run to my daughters to get some cherry tomatoes for the kabobs, we only have a few so far, she is picking about 10 a day.
Making huge crockpot of sauce with meatballs, sausage and brasciole. Will serve over pasta. Salad, warm crusty bread with seasoned olive oil.
