I don't know if they've been mentioned or not, but THESE: (Reese's chewy chocolate cookies) -- the recipe is often found on the back of a bag of Reese's peanut butter chips and it calls for Hershey's cocoa.
My grandmother used to make something she called a Ranger Cookie. It had oatmeal, dark brown sugar, golden raisins, chocolate chips, coffee, and I think it may have also had some toffee bits. I miss those!
I've found recipes online for Ranger Cookies, but they're not quite what she used to make. I suspect she took the 1960s recipe from King Arthur Flour and modified it to suit her tastes.
