I am still set on pizza. Somehow SO lost the package of sausage I had in mind as topping. He took over the freezer!
Red bellpepper, Habaneros, onions, ham and crust as thin as possible. Big bowl of rabbit food. Merlot or Pinot Grigio.
While the oven is going two thin foccacias for the freezer. Thin with a bit of Parmesan in the doug it makes a good substitute for chips when defrosted in the air fryer for a couple of minutes and sliced. I freeze it in quarter sections. No left overs.
