Meatball sandwiches on ciabatta bread. We were supposed to get meatball sandwiches from Moochies Meatballs when we were in Salt Lake City on Thursday, but unfortunately that didn't happen. So I am making homemade ones today. It won't be the same, but it'll do.
Chicken and broccoli flavored rice-a-roni. I added a bunch of slivered almonds to it and the whole family liked it. I should have added some sliced Chinese blue cabbage leaves from the garden to add nutrition.
