Burgers (some brisket, meat mix we got from Costco), either on bread or open faced, all the usual veggies, coleslaw on the side, and left over corn on the cob.

We eat very little prepared food but a gal needs a break now and then. I bought some frozen prepared meals at Randalls (owned by Alberstons) from their Open Nature brand. They seems to have high quality ingredients and very little in the way of additives. I also got my second shot yesterday so was planning on taking it easy today. That said...it's lobster tortellini in a tarragon cream sauce and DH was nice enough to make us a salad.

Continuing my shopping in the freezer and pantry -- had a big baked potato with butter and sour cream, one beef empanada I found in the freezer (bought several at a farmers market a month ago) and some frozen green beans and almonds. A small piece of almond coffee cake with tea for dessert.
