What’s for Dinner

Tonight baked salmon in aluminum foil served with garlic buttered naan.To drink lemon water.For dessert 1/2 a pink grapefruit.

roast sesame seeds,then grind
fry onions in oil until tender,remove from heat and pour the yogurt in
add cilantro leaves,mint leaves,green chilies,ground sesame seeds,ginger,garlic and turmeric,salt/black pepper
pour half of sauce in a baking dish
lay salmon slices on top
then pour remaining mixture
cover with foil and bake at 350 F then remove foil and cook til done
for garnish cilantro sprigs and lemon slices

Tonight we are having barbecued chicken drumsticks and thighs; pineapple coleslaw; potato salad and corn on the cob.

Beef goulash, Spaetzle, lots of rabbit food. Working my way through the prefab section of the freezer

Sous vide cod with lemon and orange, served with the left over barley fennel risotto.

Loin lamb chops in the sous vide, mashed red potatoes, broccoli.

Quinoa and mushroom burgers that we'll have with the leftover veggie sausage plaits from yesterday.

At home tacos and a small glass of Sangria. Water too.


Dessert: we picked up a regular Panettone last weekend. I'll have a slice of that a bit later on.
