Burger must be cut in half. A spoonful of hot (undiluted) cream of mushroom soup must be drizzled on each bite. Fries also do be dipped in said soup.

Dam, now I want a cheeseburger!!
Cream of mushroom soup? Now that is different. It's very similar to mushroom sauce on a steak, I suppose. I wouldn't have the patience to drizzle each bite though...I'd just drunk in the fashion of au jus. I'm gonna have to try this.

I like mine medium well with lettuce, tomato and a little mayonnaise. If I want a cheeseburger, I just add a slice of cheese.

A beef burger done medium well with mustard, pickle and onion and a toasted bun makes it even better.

We just had burgers for the first time this year and they were organic, grass fed, purchased at Whole Foods during one of their Friday sales.

We had to do it. Made wild goose sliders for dinner. Dusted off the little grinder and used 1.5lbs goose breasts, 1lb bacon and .5 lbs leftover beef trimmings. Mixed up some fresh patties and straight to the hot grill. My son grilled them and gave them our house 'stamp'.

Beef patties (mince, diced onion, worcestershire sauce, breadcrumbs, egg, tomato sauce).
Cheddar cheese
Sliced tomato
Sliced beetroot (yes, it's an Australian thing and it's bloody awesome )
Barbecue sauce

I prefer a crispy crust to my burger. 2 thin patties are better than 1 thick one. tomato, lettuce, fried onion strings, some blue cheese bacon and some spicy ketchupy mayo on a thin bun. I don't like the bread to be too overwhelming.

I once had a burger from a place called Jackson Hole in NYC. it was roughly 1 pound of unformed burger with an egg on top. though it was an interesting experience to have such a large burger, it wasn't all that good.
