I like them thin so I can add lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, and still be able to get my mouth around it. Son likes his burger thick with no salad as he calls it.

80/20 chuck - not thin, but not really thick - medium well - still juicy - lettuce, tomato onion (sometimes jalapeno), Mustard/Ketchup and mayo.

I love the taste of lamb burgers. There is a little French place (open 24 hours, too!) in NYC called L'Express that has a lamb burger with Moroccan spices and a spicy pepper sauce. Comes with mixed greens. SO good. It's on Park Avenue South, around 21st or 22nd. I saw you live in LI.

I used to work in the neighborhood and went there for lunch once in a while.

Grass-fed, High quality meat, pan-seared, Thick 90/10, medium rare, no cheese, no bread, sauteed onion, sauteed mushrooms with a nice fried egg on top.

Ton of protein, No fillers, Pan searing keeps it juicy and flavorful.

Only seasoning I use is kosher salt and frsh cracked pepper. YUMMMM

Ohh, I may need to check that out next time I'm in the city! I love Moroccan spices. The burger truck that used to come by my office was called the Marrakech Chefs.

I like my burgers medium with lots of white cheddar. I will have it either with caramelized onions and potato chips or with raw onions, mayo, and lettuce.

Wow, that would make for a great burger. Believe it or not, I prefer veggie burgers (Morningstar Farms Grillers). However, I certainly don't turn my nose up at a juicy, med-rare beef burger.

Thicker burgers over thin. Either grilled or pan-seared is okay. Medium to medium well.

Toppings depend in my mood. I like the classic with a little crisp lettuce, raw onion, dill pickle, lettuce, ketchup, mustard, and mayo. I also like sauteed or caramelized onions and/ or sauteed mushrooms. I like cheddar, BBQ sauce and a crispy onion ring. I like blue cheese crumbles. I like mushroom and swiss. I love a really great patty melt on rye, cooked on a griddle with butter.
