yummmmy,,,, I can't wait for this, its soooo delicious!!!

Health Nut bread (although sometimes I'll use a wheat Peta Bread) with a small amount of olive oil mayo on one slice...

then gotta add the flax seed & black sesame seeds to one side of the bread (the may helps it stick! )

Then sliced mushrooms over the seeds (today I'm using ****aki Mushrooms, but any mushroom you like is just as yummolita!!!)

Then 2 deli slices of Baby Swiss cheese (but Havarti or Provolone is good too - sometimes I'll mix it up and add a little of each!)

Then add a thinly sliced avocado& a little purple onion and one deli slice of herb roasted turkey (or chicken - today, I'm going for the turkey!)

Then slap the naked bread on top, spread a little grape oil on top & pop it in the Panini Press!

Wait until the cheese is totally melted and by then everything will be warmed to perfection inside!

Garnish with a few black seedless grapes, and a Broccoli Slaw and WOW!!! That's one heck of a FANTABULOUS Lunch!!!!

Time to DIG IN!!!

Had a sub from our local pizza joint while we were out just looking at our countryside today. Some Lays chips and a pickle spear to boot.
