Today's Lunch (grill, yellow cake, Butter, meals)

A really yummy wrap on wheat tortilla with black beans, jasmine rice, bbq sauce, chicken, a little cheese, cilantro inside..... chips and salsa on the side..... mmmmmmmmmmmmmm.......

I had some leftovers. Ham, collard greens, candied yams. Good stuff.

I had a Tuna Fish sandwich and Potato Chips for lunch today with a glass of milk.
