LOL, I know, right?! Now this is really sad, BUT, Dad also grows the most beautiful eggplant that we are ALWAYS going to do something great with, and it ends up being ornamental also!

So I had a toasted tomato sandwich on Italian multi-grain (yum - 'maters were out of our garden) and he had 2 PB&J's. For dessert, he had a Skinny Cow fudgie and I'm having a beer!
Have a good night, all.
Soo glad he is home!

We had simple salads tonight...mixed greens with cucumber, tomato, red onions, carrots, and bleu cheese crumbles. BF also made some awesome crescent rolls that he jazzed up with sundried tomato tapenade and cheese.
We just finished the Curious Case of Benjamin Button and I found it extremely sad.
My computer was down the past 2 days Suckie! But I am back Tomorrow I will be back to catch up on all I have missed. Wishing everyone well.
I hope you didn't skip meals for two days....... Missed ya...
I really need to get up some get up and go and smoke this big pork roast I have in the fridge tomorrow. Pulled pork and a baked sweet potato sound pretty good now. By morning I won't. So I had better discuss it now. Morning sickness at my age is not a good thing..
I can't believe you haven't found out what is causing it by now. Have you been watching that cable show about a man giving birth? Are you trying out for a reality show of your own?
Here's a throw back from my youth for you "smoke 'em if ya got 'em". At least your meat will be ready to eat when you feel like it yes?
Amber I feel your pain on the computer being down then throw in t-storms and being in lock down for a couple of days its all = yuck.
Well I'm doing Charley's Pulled Pork but not in the crock-it's already in the oven low and slow. So it'll be that and the potato salad I made yesterday.
Crazy saw on news this morning another cold day for you.
Good morning all. We slept in the motor home last night so we were up at 6:00am. Yuk. I know I am going to need a nap today, lol.
I have a hair appointment today. Please all wish me luck. I have been letting a botched cut grow out for 2 years. Today I am getting some angles cut in I hope it's not a mistake. After that it's off to the grocery store. I have no idea what I am making for dinner.
Yes it is drizzly and so cold again. A whopping 48 degrees but the good news is that the headache is gone.
Tonight I am not cooking because I have a hair appointment so DH is having some leftovers.
