The tenderloin was great last night, so tonight we'll have steak sandwiches, potato salad, and baked beans, and left over cake...carbs and more carbs, but it's a holiday, right?
My ambition to grill me a steak tonight faded during the night. I think I'll grab a box of fried chicken at the market along with some carrot salad and call it good.

We're still planning to barbecue hamburgers. Salad or something on the side.
Yuck....Lacey I think I got your cold!! Guess that's partly why I felt so crummy yesterday. It's just now showing it's true colors...stuffy nose, watery eyes and coughing. Guess it could be allergies but as a rule I don't have allergies. I have that taste in my mough that a cold gives...ugh! I just took some Airborne so I'm keeping my fingers crossed it will help at least to make it shorter lasting.
Well it's raining here today so I am stuck inside and I am supposed to be cleaning, lol. DH is having pasta with meat sauce and no crusty bread. I am having a big "Mexican type" salad with lettuce, tomatoes, olives, onions, peppers, beans, sour cream, salsa, and cheddar cheese.
Another day of bbq for us. Marinated baby back ribs for 2 days in Sweet Baby Ray's sauce...........oh yea Potato salad, pasta salad, baked beans and of course apple pie for dessert.
