Tonight we are having grilled chicken sandwiches,salad and maybe corn.

We had barbequed T-Bone steak. Topped with caramelised onions and mushrooms. Mashed potatoes on the side. It hit the spot.

Let's see, I'll take some of satx's potato salad, lucky lady's corn and vichel's T-bone. That sounds great.

We're busy gardening (and working!) this week, so I'm doing no-fuss meals. Last night I baked a deli-pizza from WM and tonight it's hot dogs, mac n cheese, olives & pickles. I feel like a kid again!

Omelette with a bit of bacon, sauteed onion and zuchinni, and melted cheese inside.

I'd take Debsi's, but I have cut up leftover brats from last night. Adding some more onions, peppers, mushrooms and making a light sauce with some diced tomatoes and herbs to probably put over linguine...and some toasty garlic bread to dip since this sauce is pretty wet

Not sure if there will be dinner at the NMS household tonight. We had a big lunch, thanks to Subway (I sure wish I hadn't rediscovered those Italian subs. They're so bad, but oh so good!) and the Comcast guy is coming to check out our modem. Sure hope he figures out what's going on.
