I think that tonight we are going to do sausage kabobs on the BBQ. A mixture of zucchini, cherry tomatoes, onions, and sausage. That should make them colorful. On the side, we'll do baked beans, carrot salad, and biscuits.

I think a snack tray of diced cheese, ham, olives, and pickle spears will round out the meal. It is another beautiful day in the southern Willamette Valley of Oregon, and I think I'll be inviting a few friends over to pig out with us! For now, though, I'm gonna mow the lawn and work up an appetite.

Filets were postponed till tonight. Ended up going to a friend's BBQ yestserday and had lots of delicious things. So, filets are marinating all day and will be grilled tonight. Sides are undetermined.

Default The Agenda - June 13 - 19

This week's dinner selections begin in a few short hours with a ribeye steak and a large baked potato (with chives, cheese, ranch, and bacon). The potato is in the oven as we speak. Also in the days ahead, I've got hamburgers (possibly with Bush's beans), sloppy Joes, smoked sausage (potato salad on the side), and some CPK Sicilian-style pizza on thin crust.

Enjoy all the things you have, take care, and bon appetit!
