Original plan was oven barbeque chicken thighs and baked potatoes. When I opened the package of chicken I noticed the most godawful smell and I just bought it the other day...family size package to boot!

New plan is chicken wings (had some in the freezer) and baked potatoes.

I baked two mahi mahi filets with a drizzle of olive oil on them and a generous spoonful of salsa. (One filet for tonight; one for lunch tomorrow.) Had a big pile of steamed broccoli on the side. Fab!
