We had quite a bit of leftovers from yesterday. Ribs and orange chicken from the grill, yellow Vigo rice and black beans.

tonight I had some ahi tuna, grilled rare, with a pilaf of rice, black beans, red and green pepper, pignole and carrots seasoned with a bit of ginger and soy sauce. A bit of excellent sake was served as well.

We didn't have an actual supper, Sneakers has been grazing all day so I pretty much let him graze and fixed something when I felt like it. Hopefully his numbers will level out tomorrow and we can get right back to 3 meals and a few light snacks each day. What a crazy way to have to deal with issues that creep up when one has Type II Diabetes. Overall everything is good though, today just seems to be an off day which I am told (by one who has been dealing with this for years) days like today happen from time to time and it is nothing to be concerned with.

Thanks for the link. I had some awesome white chili at a deli and have been meaning to find a recipe. Now...I wonder if my kids would eat it.
