Cadillac has done a great job of transforming there image from old man wear church socks and sandles (No offence) to Yuppy 30 something attention grabbers crowd who is really now a competitor to the likes of BMW And Benz. Lincoln all look like Fords. They look like outdated, front wheel drive, boring cars that only a man that wear shorts while wear church socks and sandles. I'm still a Ford man, just not a Lincoln man.

If you are driving a Lincoln you know what a great ride with decent power is. Those qualities are desirable at any age.
My wife has a '10 Lincoln MKS. And, I have to say, it's BARELY an old-people car. Sporty, aggressive looks, and a gas-friendly, yet energetic, V-6 engine. Great color choices, too.
And, IMO, a beige STS is still a staple of retirement communities everywhere!

If you're driving a Lincoln, then you probably don't know that you can get the same quality and luxury in a Ford, and therefore any other mainstreamer, for much cheaper.

Isn't a MKS a Ford Fusion? So why pay extra money for a Lincoln thats really a Ford. Wasn't that the down fall of Caddy's in the 80's-mid 2000's that Caddy's looked like Chevys just for the older people?
And don't get me wrong, Fusion is a great automobile. My older sister have a 2010 fusion and I love it. I told her that it is too Macho for her. She laughs.
Funny - I see a LOT of young males riding in Town Cars, Grand Marquis, Crown Vics, Park Avenues, etc. Maybe they like a full size sedan and the ride it provides.

No, that's the MKZ. The MKS is the Lincoln version of the Taurus.
And, the reason for that. The Lincoln has more standard features than the Taurus, and it offers options that you can't get on the Taurus.

Yeah but once those young kids get some money they're going to jack up that Grand Marquis and put 30inch rims on them. They do that here in Joliet Il.
