I wonder what Dallas city govt thinks of this. They've been screwing up plans for the Trinity since I was a kid. I wonder if they'll ever get their act together like Fort Worth has.

Dallas has more history with fighting each other in city hall than we do. I think they're STILL stuck on that tollway that's supposed to go with it.

I still hate that I'll be 40 by the time everything is done, but I understand that all those utilities have to be built and they won't be done overnight.

If you'll be 40, I hate to tell ya how old I'll be by then. Hopefully, with them taking that long they'll do it right instead of rushing like Dallas did with those stupid Colorado rapids.

Have you read about the fake rapids they installed in the Trinity in Dallas? Those were installed pretty quickly for Dallas and have created a big problem.

I completely agree. It was one of the dumber things the city of Dallas has wasted money on.

I myself am not "wild in love" with the design of the Dickies Arena. But it's going to be a major draw for concerts, events in DFW. That is a big time arena.

Considering the trv bond pass to complete the project, you would think the project could be sped up a bit.
