Gift Card Exchange | ABC Gift Cards or www.cardcash.com

One of my favorite stores to get bargains - TJ Maxx - is even listed there and they sell gift cards from there at 80% their face value!

OMG Lusitano, who knew? Thank you so much!

My car needs a new battery, it's 156 dollars. So I bought two gift cards worth 135 dollars at ABC for 103 dollars, and they will be here in time for Saturday when I go get the battery.

TJMaxx is one of my faves, too!!!!!!!!!!

I haven't had time to be really frugal yet today but I did convince myself I did not need to go out for breakfast today.

And dishwasher delivered!

Out of pocket price for the dishwasher was 405 dollars (through the loops of using Gift Cards, shopping portals and cash back from CC)

Retail price? 949 USD

Shop Bosch 800 Series 44-Decibel Built-In Dishwasher with Stainless Steel Tub (Stainless Steel) (Common: 24-in; Actual: 23.06-in) ENERGY STAR at Lowes.com

I have restrained myself from buying nice pajamas until we move, that counts, right?

Took Lusitano's tip again and bought a 126 dollar gift card for TJMaxx for 102 dollars. I have mother's day and my BFF's birthday coming next month, and I will be able to slip into TJMaxx on Saturday. The card is also good at Marshalls and Home Goods, where my BFF likes to go on her birthday.

If she wants to go to the Cracker Barrell I will get one for there, too.

Lusitano, I can't thank you enough!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I put some more stuff up on ebay. Boy did we spend a lot of money on his tools back in the day!!!!!!!! But he made a good living with them and we are geting money back, so it was well spent.

youre welcome CCc girl I like TJ Maxx because you can get 22% off with those cards + the cashback you get from the CC buying those gift cards and they already have nice products discounted from retail price and some real good products!

I think once I have the kitchen done we'll go on a little spree at TJ Maxx for items and accessories.
