Nothing wrong with living life! As long as your saving some for retirement, have a emergency fund, and some extra just lying around for a vacation perhaps there's no need to be a miser. I'm not working in a warehouse to sit home all day on my day off!

Recently I bought my contacts through Sam's Club online. They were $15 a pop and free shippinf over $40. I bought 3. If I went to where I go to get my eyes checked they want $26.99 a box! Throw in the $100 allowance from insurance and I'm set for contacts for awhile.

Brought lunch from home. Cut daffodils from home and brought them into work to cheer my cubicle.

Before work, went to the drugstore and got three Schick Hydro razors, two cans of shaving gel, two shampoos and two cans of chopped clams for less than a dollar in cash, plus got back $18 in fake drugstore money. Gotta love the coupon game.

Took a thermos of my own coffee with me. Packed breakfast and lunch. Returned an item that I had bought last Saturday, because when a neighbor saw me carrying it into the house she asked if I could use the same thing she had just sitting in her garage. You bet!

Divided my garden plants so that one turned into THREE.

Cooked Roman Rice and Beans--brown rice, can of kidney beans, sauteed onions, celery and carrots. Combine and heat through. Serve with Parmesan cheese. season with basil and oregano.

Hung the clothes up to dry.
