Keep reminding yourself that this is only a temporary situation, and that you will have fun finding a new place for everything when you get there. I'm a neat freak too, but I look at moving as a legitimate opportunity to relax and not worry about it -- it 'll sort itself out.

I couldn't live like that, but it's just for a little while until you move. There's no way to do it without doing that.

yeah, I know you're right, but holy mackerel I didn't think it would bug me this much.

I think it's worse because I knew I was moving a month ago, so this has slowly accumulated. At first I was happy I had a whole month to prepare. Now though i think it would have been better to just have a week or 10 days. I think it's the accumulation that gets me.

You'll make it! Just one more day. Maybe you can have lunch and dinner elsewhere.

It would be far worse if you didn't label your boxes! LOL Having stuff in boxes really is the worst part of moving. Unpacking is exciting (for me), so you have something to look forward to.

Nice labeling job. Suggestion - make a spreadsheet for yourself, number every box and list its contents. You may know what's in there now, but trust me, you won't recall on the other end!

We had almost 300 boxes on our recent move
