All states have masculine men, but the bigger question is what states have feminine women?

I would guess that it is somewhere in the west, such as Montana. The most feminine are probably in Florida.

I've heard that body fat causes testosterone to decrease. That means that Colorado, the state with the least obesity, may have the most masculine men.

The Southern states probably have the most masculine men. The most feminine would be California.

I put on women's clothing, and hang around in bars..." LOL Old Python classic

I will go with FLA for the least masculine.

This is hard to say but I would say wherever has the most internalized homophobia. By this I don't mean homophobia against the LGBT community but where guys go above and beyond to appear "macho" as to not possibly have anybody think they are gay. I've seen this everywhere but I think I saw the most of it when I was living in Little Rock.
