I would gladly visit ALL states.

I would love live in NY,NJ,NC,NE,UT or Tx,

I would dislike living in AL,GA,OK,MS,ND,SD

States that I love but consider "visit only" not really for me -LA,CA & FL

The rest I would be neutral about living in.

My happiness comes from internal factors, not external factors. I could be happy living in any state in this country.

However, I PREFER warmer states with milder winters, and I prefer mid size metro areas over small towns or huge cities. I like diverse areas with a wide variety of people, cultures, etc. I like areas where people are friendly and aren't clique-esh. There are lots and lots of places like this in our beautiful country.

Would not want to live in NY again (taxes too high, to many laws and regulations on everything). Would not want to live in MA again (although western half is pretty but see NY). Would not want to live in NC again (they hate Yankees and they could tell me a mile away). Wouldn't mind living in parts of Virginia (small cities). Maybe CA but from what I hear, crime is high, regulations and taxes are high. But would visit CA. Would visit Florida but not want to live there. Wouldn't mind living in Vermont, NH or Maine although I know COL is high there. Would probably live in PA but not in a large city. Would/have visited MD but would not want to live there.
