I would think any city in a Tropical climate would probably be the best.

The homelessness in LA was one thing that was a shock to me, no matter how much I researched my decision to relocate.

San Jose beats San Francisco? Seriously? I have a hard time believing that...and the fact that S.F. has a notorious homelessness problem that's in my face ever single time I'm there and yet it isn't on the list at all.

Yeah, San Francisco is easily #1 in the US for homelessness. They just must be undercounted for the purposes of this poll.
