UThe people who live in/on Nantucket are working ass. Many of them from Central America and Jamaica. The visitors are rich. The high school is in the bottom half of the state and about 45% of the school is minority students with about a 1/4 low income students.
Newport is even poorer. 60% of kids are low income and the school district is majority minority.

Skaneateles NY(not completely, but there are quite a few affluent folks there), much of the Grosse Pointe area in MI, Bloomfield Hills MI, Bingham Farms MI, Franklin MI and Saratoga Springs NY(similar to Skaneateles).
Highlands and Cashiers in NC are very wealthy enclaves. I'm not sure how much shows up on the census report as many are second homes.
that's just the thing these super elite places based on prices if that even would be correct most times are inhabited in the really expensive homes by people who will likely have multiple homes all over
now there are a few more residential enclaves but they are generally only the super elite wealthy
It is actually Framingham-in-the-Sea, Waltham-in-the-Sea, or Somerville-in-the-Sea.
