If it drops below 60 in New Orleans before Jan, It's like the world has ended
(ok im stretching it a little), but anything lower than 60-58 is practically freezing.
It may not snow that often here but we do get some friggin cold days

Not sure about those areas but a visit has actually been in the works for awhile now. The wife has been there before for Mardi Gras of course and has good friends in Baton Rouge.
