StuckPA there are plenty or as we would say beaucoup $$$ in New Orleans, It's just unequally proportioned
The have nots can't afford the **** to put in the pot while the haves have it all.
Maybe you should come for a visit.

Check out the nice parts of Uptown, Lakeside, The East, etc.

Not sure about those areas but a visit has actually been in the works for awhile now. The wife has been there before for Mardi Gras of course and has good friends in Baton Rouge.
