Limit Atlanta to the developed land area of Miami and then take a look at the numbers.
That's only because of Miami's geography, not because of superb planning. Both Miami and Atlanta are autocentric metros with their fair share of sprawl.
Are people seriously voting for NYC, Chicago, and LA? Atlanta will never be larger then these 3 cities. And once electricity gets more expensive, which it will if we remain hooked on fossil fuels, expect to see the Sun Belt start loosing population very quickly. And I havent even brought up the water issues in the Southern half of the country.

Actually Deacon just to point out something the area in the picture contains the highest post grad by percentage of any neighborhood in America and is among some of the wealthier areas in the country.
