1,972 straight line distance in statute miles currently, according to google maps. Of course that's across an ocean so you can't really drive it, so it would be more appropriate to say 1,711 nautical miles...
from address to address according to Google, 898.9 miles. I have lived further away, it was temporary..... would like to live much closer to my birthplace than I do now.
You've probably all heard the saying that a lot of Americans live within a short distance of their birthplace. I can't remember the exact percentages and numbers, plus they vary by source. But let's see just how close the people on city-data live to their birthplace.
I live about 90 miles from my birthplace, but that will soon change to about 2,000 miles.
Well let me see??? as the crow flies(coast to coast) about 3,100 miles but as you can see from my sub title going on mkaybe 20,000 road miles and counting. Ha ,Ha and loving every mile.
