Does anyone know of any Dominican salons or stylists in the area?

I am on several black hair sites throughout the internet, and the general consensus is that Dominicans seem to be congregating in the Northeast ONLY. I've not heard of any of them moving down South ... not even in Atlanta!
Sorry.
If you need braids, there are tons of braiders ... of both the African and African-American variety. And there are tons of stylists; you just need to ask someone. Everyone's got an opinion.
Good luck!

I know it's hard to fine a place to do a "dubi' right! Most of the african american salons are well versed with Dominican hair.

i would like to know also
I am not in NC yet but will be in the next 3 mos. or so. I also like to get my hair done at the domican salons and have thought about that being an issue here in the NC. I dont go very often...may be once a month or ever other month but it would be nice just knowing it's available to me. Let me know if you find one and I'll do the same for you!!!
THanks

Thanks for the well wishes. I just got in from my trip. I actually visited Charlotte this weekend...it was nice but will be making greensboro my home. And yes you're right about everything being so cheap.
