LIVE satellite? sorry I don't think that's possible (without serious government or military ties). But you can see some resonably recent satellite images of Greensboro using Google Maps or Maps.com :: World's largest map store :: wall maps, travel maps, atlases, digital maps and more. (http://live.maps.com - broken link) , just zoom in to Greensboro and click Satellite in Google maps, or Ariel on Live Maps or just download Google Earth.

You can't see live satellite imagery.
There are countless free providers of recent government and private satellite imagery and, even better, orthophotography and oblique aerial photography (e.g. Pictometry).

What is your desired purpose?
