Not sure on the exact building, but I'm pretty sure the moving sign had a South Street address.

If Big Lots is moving from Mauldin to Simpsonville, then something is happening soon with its Mauldin predecessor. Ingle's is rebuilding and expanding its Mauldin store, which will feature a drive through pharmacy and gas station.

That would make sense. That Ingles is sitting directly across from a Publix and a newly remodeled BI-LO.

Ingle's has not invested in its Greenville County stores in a few years. It looks like that is about to change.

I thought so. That is the only space large enough to accomodate a Big Lots. It will be a great location to attract business.
