If Big Lots is moving from Mauldin to Simpsonville, then something is happening soon with its Mauldin predecessor. Ingle's is rebuilding and expanding its Mauldin store, which will feature a drive through pharmacy and gas station.

That would make sense. That Ingles is sitting directly across from a Publix and a newly remodeled BI-LO.

Ingle's has not invested in its Greenville County stores in a few years. It looks like that is about to change.
