We are looking there [relo from Fort Mill] but I have some concerns about the S-1 land across Jenkins Mill road and is the adjacent land a mobile home community? My husband drove around Southbook and there is one lot we may be interested in but it is mostly sold out.

I am amazed at how SMALL many of the lots in Simpsonville are! Here the defacto lot is .25 acre but there are lots of smaller ones - we want at least .5 acres - have had both and a quarter acre lot is just too small for our taste.
