I just visited Greenville for the first time and I really want to move there.
I have a possibility for a home near Old Easley Bridge road and White Horse Rd.
It is in the "Welcome" neighborhood. It looks a little run down but not that bad. Its not far from downtown. I've been researchign neighborhoods and see "Woodside" is bad.
I havent seen much about "Welcome". Can anyone provide any insight about this area?
Thank you so much in advance!
It's a pretty "colorful" area when you check the Greenville GIS crime map. And by colorful I mean the type and number of crimes that are reported there.
The Welcome community is not all bad, but it is not a safe area.
If you are looking for a residence off White Horse Road, would you consider looking up the road in Westcliffe or nearby neighborhoods in the Berea and White Horse Road communities?
