If this thing is expected to open early 2009 they need to get off their butts! They aren't going to make it.

Where did you hear early 2009? It's not scheduled to open until 2010.

It says late 2009/early 2010 in this article: New Greenville Mall owners explore need for need office space | GreenvilleOnline.com | The Greenville News I haven't seen where it says early 2009 anywhere. Early 2010 is what i'm hearing.

Not really. Most shopping centers are in the works 2-3 years before they start construction. And Magnolia Park is way better and more complex than just a shopping center.
