Thank you! That really hit home..

Cyn, there is no right way, time tested way to grieve.
We just do and then one day it like you were in a dark room and the curtains were raised. It happens.... You feel different, and that's just the way it happens..

Just keep living, time marches on with or without care of our deep sorrows, regrets and our most joyous life changing experiences. Just remember while we're on planet earth enjoy what your doing while you can..

I guess I'm rambling... Anyway! Take care of you and best wishes for a speedy recovery...

Stephanie
Thank you!

Oh my--got woke up at 2:30am by my neighbor again. I really tried to go back to sleep but I think that was the problem--I was trying to hard! Oh well at least I don't have to work--I was asked to cover for a girl today but I have Therapy so that was a good thing. I will just go to bed early tonight. It's going to be a long day.......
Hope everyone has a good day!

I took a nap yesterday and then had trouble going to sleep last night! Was up at 3:30am. At least the nap made me feel better yesterday. Somehow I hurt both my arms where the rotator cuff is torn...I think trying to get BuBu to move yesterday on our walk. They are so sore today. With the cooler weather BuBu wants to be outside more---he has been an outside dog for over 8 years...so with some advice from others I am putting him out in his fenced yard for an hour or so at a time so he can just enjoy being outside.
I went to group therapy last night and we actually laughed. It felt good. Today I get my car it 6 month physical (Ha) and then I work tonight. Off to feed my neighbors wild birds now. Hope everyone has a blessed day!

I am so hungry! For supper I am going to make a seafood scampi on linguini with a salad. I bought fresh mussels, little neck clams, sea scallops, and local shrimp for the scampi. I also got some fresh parsley and I have plenty of garlic.

Cyn......how are you doing with eating?
