Hope everyone is feeling better today and elston be careful with those storms in your area! We are getting some here as well and I have to drive to Concord today--ugh. I will leave early so there will be no rush....still not looking forward to that drive. I can't believe how dark it is now in the mornings....winter is coming.

Good Morning. Cyn be careful on your drive. In my part of FL......the hurricane or TS was pretty much a non event. We did seem to lose a garbage can cover.....but that was the extent of it in my corner of the world.
As usual I am overly concerned about my drive but I'll do what I must do. Just wish we had better weather. Good to hear you didn't get the main part of the storm elston.
Long and slow drive but made it safely. Now my critters and myself are all hunkered down waiting for this storm to pass. Not sure when that will be.
I'm glad you are all safe and sound. It's good to have others to care for. Takes our mind off of ourselves. I have kitty cat. She's really my son's cat, but she allows me to clean her litter, feed her, and pet and play with her once in a while. If I had to put her in the pet carrier, I'd definitely be bleeding before the door closed, but I'd do it. They're like kids. Someone needs to care for them.
my 3 dogs have been fed and the beagle girl has gone out ..... the other two will go a little later.
I have a nice rib eye steak for my guy for supper....with rice and asparagus......I am not sure of what I am going to have.....I am still eating a modified vegetarian diet....altho I am beginning to wonder if that accounts for my frequent colds. I need to make sure I am eating enough vegetable....especially dark green leafy veggies.
