Thank you elston. It's people like you who keep pointing out the steps I have made that helps but still I have so much trouble seeing my own progress. I suppose that is normal. But it does help to have others point out the good things I have accomplished! Again thank you!
Hope everyone has a blessed day!

Good morning, cyn and everyone else on here! I am still off of work enjoying 3 glorious days off from work. Whoo-hoo! We went to Sears in Overland Park yesterday and bought up a bunch of bathroom supplies and fittings, shower curtain, toilet seat cover, rugs, toothbrush holder, etc. all in a shade of blue. We are taking our time unpacking and fitting up this house so it's just to our liking. So far this new-ta-us rental house is good - real good for us. We have met neighbors from two houses near us and they are both very nice - really happy ta meet the new neighbors.

cyn - I admire and respect you so much! Continue doing so well caring for your "babies", yourself and your home. You are an asset to your employer, too, I just know it. It is an honor to know you and talk to you on here. Everyone else on here - you're included, too. Everyone have great Tuesday's and remember - God does answer prayers - never forget that. Tell him what you need and watch what happens!

Good Morning Friends......

I started coming down with a cold yesterday....its not too bad....but it does cramp my style.

Sending you all good wishes....on this the last day of August; two of my sons had birthdays this month and my youngest has his in September. Keeping Halmark in business. My eldest turned 50....I think that was harder for me to accept than it was for him. LOL

Sorry to hear you don't feel well elston--hopefully it won't last long!
Hi to elkotronics and Dude! Hope your day is great!
I had a therapy group meeting last night and actually enjoyed myself! Being around other women was a good thing for me. We each have our struggles and share and talk. Tonight I work. Tomorrow I work and Saturday and Sunday and then Friday I have to go to Concord for a consultation for surgery. So each day is full....guess that is good but as always I feel for my critters. Luckily each day is only for 4-5 hours so they probably won't care much unless we get some storms passing through.
Have a blessed day everyone!

I know just what you mean, Elston. My eldest will turn 50 n December, and I don't know how this happened.

Good morning one and all! Yes, the years seem to fly by..our children growing up and even our grandchildren growing up! Seems like it's going faster the older we get--well really I guess it is!
Work today and the doctors in Concord tomorrow.
Didn't sleep well even in the guest room last night--felt wound up. Still feeling anxious this morning but hoping it will pass once I get to work.
Hope everyone has a blessed day!
