It's a day surgery. I will take care of my animals before I go and when I get home although I will have my girlfriend driving me to the hospital so maybe she can help if it is very difficult. I asked for 2 days off from work and my boss said he would work it out. I should take more time off but really can't afford it. We'll see. It seems everyone at church is so busy that I don't even ask...
Have a blessed day everyone!

I am glad that you wont have to stay overnight at the hospital.....and that your girlfriend is helping by driving you to and from the hospital.

Have you told your minister that you will be having surgery? You never know if they would help if you dont give them a chance. If you really think that no one there would be willing to make and bring a pot of soup or a supper ...

Slept in the guestroom because of my neighbors early waking me up and I still got woke up. It sounded sort of like a phone but I think it was him opening the gate on the gravel. It was a little after 3am and I've been awake since. Least I don't have work today. I may have to purchase a sound machine.
Yesterday was one of my worst in a long time. I did my best to do things......I am grateful that there is a women's meeting tonight with my therapist--
Hope everyone has a blessed day.

cyn.....sorry to hear about your rough night; does your neighbor realize and can he do anything about waking you up so early?

I am glad that you have your meeting this evening, and that you dont have to work today.

I have mentioned this to my neighbor but his truck is old and very loud! I just don't think he realizes how sound travels and of course now I seem to wake up with every little sound so it's not all his fault. Besides he has to work.......
Just got back from the vets---2 cats--oh my. I decided to put the one in my guest bathroom to help him to heal and monitor his eating better. I just hope all the animals stay well for awhile now. They are all getting old just like me.

I figured that the early morning noise was unavoidable.....he has to work and the truck is old. (As long as it isnt loud talking or music.....what can he do about it?
