Well elston I took the dogs for a 1/2 hour walk this am and it was 17 degrees! That's cold! At least for me. It may be the weather or time of year but all the dogs in the neighborhood were barking last night--maybe deer or coyotes or who knows what! My sweet fur babies did not make a peep bless their hearts! I was awake a lot again last night but because of all the dogs outside barking and just could not get a comfortable temperature! It's good I only work 4 hours today!
I did vacuum the den this morning, where the dogs are because Bella is shedding so badly right now. I think it has slowed down a little maybe the coconut oil is helping. Now I need to do the living room because of the cats and their hair and the litter gets tracked around! Maybe after work!
Time to get ready for work---have a blessed day!

My wife refuses ta let our cat, Casper, out in the dark of night, because we are told that the woods around our south Kansas City suburban Grandview town contain owls. And the large owls have been known to pick up small pets, like cats. Now, Casper is not a small cat, he probably weighs around 15 pounds, he is a male orange tabby cat. Loves the outdoors and he is the cat I picked out at the Willcox, AZ, pound we got our two cats at when they each weighed around 1 lb.!

We love these two rescue cats so much and they return the love, too. The two dogs, an eight year-old Akita Chow and 12 year old Pomeranian, are very spoiled and very much loved, too. I think the two of us actually rely on our 4 animals to help us get through life. The tough times are when they age so much that they start getting more and more ailments. It gets hard to tell if you should help them any more or would it help them more to just humanely let them go. I absolutely dread those times of pet ownership.

Have great Saturday's, everyone. I love you all!

Took my dogs on their 5:30AM walk but today it was up to 20 degrees although I didn't notice the extra 3 degrees! Some rain may be on the way now.
Really been having a lot of negative feelings although I already know it comes with the holidays. Doesn't make it much easier though. The real hard part is I have always been more of a positive person--hope to get more of that back soon! Working on that!
Church today...
Have a blessed day everyone!

My wife and I have our Meeting today at 1:00PM - we can't wait ta go! Hope everyone enjoys their Sunday's. After the Meeting my Seahawk's play Green Bay at Wisconsin. It's gonna be cold there, oh yeah. The Seattle Sounders won the Major League Soccer Championship yesterday. I am not a soccer fan but I was born in Seattle and I'm a Seattleite at heart, so that's cool news!

Thanks for all your support, all of you. The next couple of weeks are going to be stressful for elko - this takes me back to 2005, June, when I earned my first Allied Healthcare Credential, after graduating from my 2-yr. college program I learned the skill at. I failed the first test by 1 point. I waited a week and re-took the test and did one point better and passed! Oh, man, these tests take hours to do. This test I have 4 hours to take, if I need 4 hours. There is a clock up in the corner of your computer screen that counts down your time!
